Rugby League fans will today be given the first chance to experience Australia’s newest international sporting arena when the Four Nations champions, the VB Kangaroos, take on World Cup champions New Zealand in the VB Test at Melbourne’s Rectangular Stadium.
One of the oldest rivalries in Australian sport will be showcased at the official opening of a stadium whose breathtaking design offers an exciting future for Rugby League in Australia’s sporting capital.
Melbourne Storm members, who have championed Rugby League for over a decade in Victoria, will be offered the first exclusive buying window between 9.00am and 5.00pm on Monday February 15. With 2010 memberships still being processed, both 2009 and 2010 memberships will be recognised.
Ticketed Members from the 15 other NRL clubs will have their opportunity from Tuesday with NRL.com members able to purchase on Wednesday, February 17.
All other general public sales will commence at 9.00am on Monday, February 22..
